This is the phrase that has spurred me on, not only to give birth to my olive farm, but also to deepen each phase of oil production in order to get the best for my clients. To this I add my life passion for olive growing and the extreme pleasure experienced by my father in planting olive trees.
The presence of a wide variety choice in my olive grove and the decision to produce in organic farming depended on the willingness to get very specific results: each variety has its specific use and must ensure the consumer the best vintage extractable product.
